BRIEF

To manufacture, transport and install an 82.5m stand for IFA 2019. To supply and install all AV equipment and provide onsite technical support throughout the event.

APPROACH

From an initial client concept, we developed a design which delivered beyond the client’s vision. We used our extensive knowledge of materials and construction to produce a design offering a fresh look, with clear sight lines and striking features. We also ensured the design was highly cost-efficient and complied with all safety standards.

DELIVERY

Manufactured, transported and installed the stand
Pre-tested the stand design in our workshop, to ensure it was both functional and safe
Supplied all AV requirement

BEYOND

Produced multiple, conceptual designs to explore key aspects of the stand design
Ensured the majority of build materials were secured from ethical, sustainable sources
Sourced and managed all hospitality staff on the stand
Designed and installed all AV graphics for the stand
Using Zee Design’s secure facility to provide post-event storage of the stand

OUTCOME

Utilising our specialist knowledge, Zee Design provided the client with an enhanced stand design, which was highly impactful, yet open and welcoming too. Greater than expected footfall to the stand was testimony to its success.
