Kameron McCullough is a seasoned marketer with a deep passion for connecting storytelling and strategy. He started his professional career at JP Morgan Chase in New York City. After working in finance for 3 years, Kam decided to challenge himself and transitioned into advertising; becoming a Digital Sales Planner for Conde Nast. During that time he worked across prestigious print and media companies: GQ, W Magazine and Conde Nast Traveler. He then moved to Fairchild Fashion Media to become their Digital Strategy Director, where he successfully quadrupled the digital ad sales revenue in 18 months. It was at Fairchild where Kam mastered the art of selling products through storytelling. Kam parted ways with Fairchild Media to become the Digital Strategy Director for The Hearst Men's Group; inclusive of Esquire Magazine, Car and Driver, Popular Mechanics, and Road and Track. During his two years as Strategy Director, Hearst Men’s Group became the highest grossing media sales group in the Hearst family. Kameron took all those skills and started his own creative agency, RZM Prime LLC where they focus on brand development, strategy, influencer marketing and experiential. Kameron has since successfully partnered with brands such as the NBA, Netflix, Beats By Dre, Epic Games, Mountain Dew, SONY, and more. Currently, he oversees all marketing, strategy, brand partnerships and experiential projects for 2035 Ventures.
