Innovation

We are in the practice of providing advice, investment and
direction to businesses and organisations looking to
implement new growth and business strategies. As well as
developing ideas and businesses that look to truly create
new values in new ways for customers. Though commonly
associated with tech, innovation can unlock new business
opportunities for companies of all sectors. Thus we support
organisations in creating and implementing creative
strategies to support business objectives in a new way.
Environment

2035 Ventures works with organisations around the world
to provide environmental expertise across the full lifecycle
of their projects. We deliver programmes and projects with
diversity and sustainability at their core, pushing boundaries
in a range of sectors. Our work extends from large-scale
regeneration and infrastructure to schools, arts, culture and
leisure to R&D labs, corporate real estate frameworks,
housing and logistics. The key difference being that we
understand that the conversation cannot just be had at
C-Suite level, but must include and engage the youth and
urban communities. Thus all our initiatives are powered and
delivered harnessing the influence of culture and necessary
voices.
Impact

Impact is at the heart of our company. All of our investments,
portfolios and services are driven by global impact. We focus
on how to effectively improve the environment, resources and
access to information for all humans. True impact is rooted in
filling gaps and supplying needs, and that’s where we focus.
